Complicated parking situation!!! Communication issues with staff can create confusion!!! Lack of hotel-provided kitchen essentials leads to unnecessary hassle!!! Cleaning not done everyday results in subpar service!!!

I liked hotel's wonderful and incredible location!!

Location: the hotel was close to the center of the town and all the main sites and gardens. I was happy to find Casa Pimenta, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property and served nice food.

The location is unbeatable, with fine views of the Santa Barbara gardens right outside. Our cozy room was well-equipped, and the very nice staff were very good too assist us. Cleanliness impressed us greatly!

I stayed in a Studio with Garden View for 3 nights, and wow, the modern design and spacious layout. The well-equipped kitchen featured sleek appliances, great for easy meal prep, although I opted to enjoy nearby cafes instead. Plus, the fine views from my private balcony left me in awe every morning!
